Satellite Laboratories
In order to bring World class and cost effective diagnostic service to the doorstep of people all over the world, Span Medicare is embarking on the concept of Satellite Laboratories. The Satellite labs will be linked to a World Class Central Laboratory.

Collection Centers
A team of local courier boys, shall service clients with specimen pick-up and have a daily contact with the pathology laboratories. The collection centre shall strictly adhere to quality assurance standards for specimen collection and shall provide for the hardware and other system configurations to facilitate remote printing of the final reports at the center.

Clinical Testing
Outsourcing to India is taking a different form. After IT, the countries are planning to ship blood and urine samples to India for clinical tests in an effort to cut down costs. The savings would more than make up for the cost of flying samples across the world. Test results could be emailed back to international Hospitals/Laboratories. The service could reduce costs by almost a third.

With a vision for delivering the highest quality results with full-service flexibility in a changing healthcare environment, Span Medicare is setting up a Clinical Testing facility dedicated to serving the needs of drug development companies and Contract Research Organizations (CRO).
